Genuine Speedglas™ G5-01 Heavy Duty Welding Helmet (No ADF) for your Adflo™ PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) system. The G5-01 welding hood features a flip-up shell and two independent air-flow controls that allow you to customize the distribution of purified air within the helmet. Air can be directed toward visor/face and top/sides in whatever combination provides you the most comfortable welding experience. The G5-01 helmet must be paired with an Adflo™ turbo blower unit, belt and breathing hose to make a complete PAPR system.
The G5-01 helmet assembly includes a clear polycarbonate internal grinding shield, but DOES NOT include an ADF (auto-darkening filter) or welding lens. It also comes with an FR fabric head cover, rigid neck cover and Speedglas’ innovative G5 headgear, which features independent friction and helmet “park” controls. Adjustments for crown height, distance and headsize add to overall welding comfort and safety.
