EASYkleen TEC “Stainless Steel Weld Cleaning Kit (110 Volt) EKT-101
The EASYkleen TEC is a 20-60 amp weld cleaning kit that provides a fast, safe method of electro-polishing stainless steel welds, without the use of harsh acids found in pickling paste. Easykleen weld cleaning machines combine smooth DC output with a water-based electro-polish solution and a water-based neutralizer to provide a weld surface that is clean, bright and extremely corrosion resistant. The EASYkleen process actually improves chromium density, while polishing the surface of the weld.
The EASYkleen EKT-101 kit comes complete with DC power source with 110 volt input power cord, application wand, work cable with clamp, and a 3-piece application brush set. It is ideally suited for cleaning welds on stainless steel sheet metal.
