A unique tool that works in conjunction with the Abbey Tool HAG to set brake and shifter levers at the same height from side to side. Tool temporarily replaces the headset top cap and allows you to thread a hanger alignment tool into the lever setter allowing for the use of the HAG indicator to set levers the same from one side of the bar to the other.
